#1 – Boosting Energy Levels

Emotional oscillators can lead to a rapid depletion of energy. A straightforward solution to this is to focus on enhancing energy levels. While this approach does not resolve the fundamental issues of inefficiency, it can help us feel better and provide us with the necessary energy to pursue additional wellness steps.

Food is often viewed as our primary energy source, and making healthier eating choices can certainly enhance our overall energy. However, it’s important to recognize that exercise—even simply increasing our daily walking—can significantly boost our energy levels and make us feel better as well.

Additionally, exposure to sunlight, particularly the photons, has an energizing effect on us. This occurs in part due to the battery effect created by the water in our bodies, which increases the separation of positive and negative charges. Therefore, it is beneficial to spend at least 15 minutes a day in the sunshine, taking care to avoid excessive exposure. Daylight is also known to uplift our spirits.

It’s important to note that the body generates “Source” energy from its interactions with the environment, drawing from the zero point energy field, which is all around us.
