The Aires Lifetune Device has been designed to work effectively on any data transmitting devices such as cell phones, smart phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, smart TVs, WiFi routers, smart meters, and more.

For best results the Aires micro-processor should be applied in the center of the device on the front or the back panel. The device can be applied anywhere on smaller devices such as cell phones, smart phones, tablets, etc.

Yes, the Lifetune Device can work with a protective case. It can be applied on top or underneath it.

Yes, one is enough for small devices, such as cell phones, smart phones, tablets, Wi-Fi routers, etc. It is recommended to use multiple Lifetune Device units for larger devices, such as smart TVs, PCs and large computer screens.

The Lifetune Device will continue working and will be effective while its structural integrity is preserved. Physically damaging the Lifetune Device or separating its original adhesive layer from the device it is applied to will impair Lifetune Device’s performance.

No, you can apply it on a device once. The Lifetune Device could be damaged if you try to remove it and reapply it elsewhere. The adhesive layer will lose its hold if removed.

A one-year manufacturer warranty provided by Aires Technologies on item defects, from the date of purchase.

Our product doesn’t block EMR/EMF, by doing so it will block the function of the device that emits the signal. Appointment (18)

Our practitioners are available by appointment only. For an appointment, you will be required to pay in advance for the appointment at the time of booking, by purchasing one of our Total Wellness Plans - (1) Individual Session, or a (3, 6, or 12) Multi-Session subscription. When you already have a subscription then the appointment will just be deducted from your remaining unused Total Wellness Session voucher balance.

Appointments can be booked online via our Website or App, or by calling us during regular office hours at 1-855-688-3760 and selecting option 2.

We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. Unfortunately, occasionally client appointments do require longer time frames than scheduled. When this happens, your patience is appreciated. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the appointment schedule as much as possible. Our staff will advise you if the practitioner is significantly behind schedule.

When a client cancels an appointment without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. Therefore, we ask you to be courteous and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another client access to timely care.

If it is necessary to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, we require that you contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

If it is necessary to cancel or modify your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment start-time to avoid any late cancellation/no show fees that your account may be charged in accordance with our terms and conditions.

You should arrive five (5) minutes (fifteen (15) minutes for new clients) before your scheduled appointment, to fill out any necessary client forms and take care of other check-in formalities.

It would be helpful if you have received any forms from us prior to your appointment (for example, via email), to fill them out at your convenience, and then bring them with you to your appointment, or return them to us electronically via email to assistance@juneva.com before your appointment.

If you are attending via Telehealth (remote) session, we recommend you begin preparations for joining the session 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If this is your first Telehealth (remote) session, then more time might be needed to run through some initial setup procedures. Please see our Telehealth Technology Requirements for further details.

When you appear more than fifteen (15) minutes late to your scheduled appointment without prior notification, we consider this a missed appointment and this will appear as a “No Show” appointment on your account. When it is time to be seen by the practitioner, a staff member will escort you into a therapy room and make you comfortable.

For a Telehealth (remote) session:

We recommend you start your preparations for your scheduled appointment ten (10) minutes before joining the session. If this is your first Telehealth (remote) session, then more time might be needed to run through some initial setup procedures. Please see our Telehealth Setup information for further details.

We will provide you the necessary new client forms electronically (for example, via email or our website). We kindly ask that you to fill them out and, except for the forms that are simply filled out on our website, return them to us electronically via email to assistance@juneva.com before your appointment.

When it is time to be seen by the practitioner, the practitioner will join the Telehealth session via audio and video.

In either case:

In the beginning, the practitioner will complete an interview to get an understanding of your current personal health and wellness situation, as well as your individual health and wellness goals. The practitioner will then get a detailed assessment of the three critical health indicators of your body – energy, information, and physiology, by performing a scan of your body-field, which is a non-intrusive procedure that takes merely seconds. For Telehealth (remote) sessions the practitioner will guide you how to do the scan remotely with a NES scanner, NES Mobile scanner, or NES miHealth device that you should have connected to your computer prior to the appointment.

The practitioner will then review the scan results with you and discuss how they may relate to your current health and wellness situation before creating a personalized therapy recommendation to help restore your body to its proper functioning, by stimulating the restoration of your body's inherent healing qualities in a natural and safe way.

Based on your personal therapy recommendation the practitioner will (a) perform a miHealth therapy on you if you are in the clinic. If you own a miHealth device, the practitioner will enable and guide you as to how to use the miHealth therapy programs yourself after the session; (b) perform a RestStation vibroacoustic therapy if you are in the clinic; (c) perform a PEMF therapy if you are in the clinic; and (d) provide you with the bioenergetic remedies (NES Infoceuticals) for you to take home along with any pertinent instructions for them. If a remedy is not in-stock, we will ship it to you, or if you prefer we will have it ready for pick up at the clinic when it is available. For Telehealth (remote) sessions the remedies will be shipped to you.

At the end of your appointment we recommend booking your return appointment immediately either with the help of our staff, or online via our Website or App at your convenience.

Please note: The client forms mentioned here are part of your health and wellness assessment and provide us with essential information about you and your health history. Give some thought to your health history beforehand, for example surgeries, serious illnesses, hospitalizations, implants, prior and current treatments/therapies, and allergies. It is helpful if you can list all current medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medications and herbal supplements. All information given to us follows our privacy policies.

Regular return/follow-up visits focus on continuing your healing journey and address any new health and wellness challenges you may face. Achieving health and well-being is a lifelong journey and our body-field is dynamic and will continue to experience distortions. Regularly restoring our body's homeostasis can lead to impressive states of overall health, energy, and vitality. It is also a great opportunity for you to explore additional program elements with your practitioner that may prove beneficial such as the Choice Point or SuperCharged courses. These can help you become healthier, reduce your stress levels and become better able to nurture yourself. They may also enhance your ability to shift limiting mind-body patterns to better aid your personal growth, foster healthier relationships and feel invigorated with new found purpose and higher consciousness.

Otherwise, the procedure is the same as it is for the first appointment. For in-person visits in a clinic location it is enough to arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment, as there is only a minimum of check-in formalities to be taken care of. We will provide you also with a short follow-up self-assessment form electronically (for example, via email or our website). We kindly ask that you to fill out the form before your appointment.

Usually there is a four (4) week interval between your visits. This of course varies depending on your particular case and needs. Clinical experience shows that additional miHealth sessions in between visits can benefit the therapy progress.

No, unless specifically requested by your practitioner you don’t need to bring any medical records from your current provider(s) with you.

You can book appointments for your children under the age of 18 years using their account. Following our appointment policy, you will be required to pay in advance for their appointment at the time of booking or use the child’s Total Wellness Plan subscription, if they have one. To book their appointment online via our Website or App, you must log into the child’s registered account.

No. Clients must contact us directly, or use their account to book appointments online via our Website or App. You can book appointments for your minor children - see the FAQ about scheduling an appointment for other family members for further details.

We ask that you reschedule the appointment as we don’t perform any Services for children under the age of eighteen (18) years without their parents or guardians present at the appointment.

Please remember that we require twenty-four (24) hour advance notification to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Yes, we see children ages two (2) and older. For us to perform any Services for children under the age of eighteen (18) years, their parents or guardians must consent and agree on their behalf to our terms and conditions, register an account for them, and be present at their appointments.

You can bring children with you, but no child care is offered. Many visitors find it convenient to bring a responsible person along to watch children during their appointment.

You may bring someone to the consultation with whom you are comfortable who will not hinder your ability to talk freely and honestly. They may be asked to stay in the waiting area, if either you, or the practitioner, feels their presence impedes your ability to share information.

No. Please avoid any strenuous activities such as working out, or eating heavy meals just before your scheduled appointment. Please, dress comfortably and prepare any questions you may have for the practitioner.

Yes, for your convenience we provide both options to you. You can choose the option that works best for you at the time of booking your appointment. Prior to your first Telehealth (remote) session you will need to purchase a NES scanner device, NES Mobile scanner device, or a NES miHealth device, so you can get set up for participating in a Telehealth (remote) session. Keep in mind when you book the appointment to allow enough time prior to your scheduled appointment for (a) the scanner to arrive via shipping carrier; and (b) for you to complete the necessary pre-requisite installations and configurations as outlined in our Telehealth Setup information. Depending on your location you should allow for at least 7-10 business days for the scanner to arrive.

Please note, it may be possible that your health and wellness condition cannot be handled via Telehealth, or that your technology setup may not be sufficient to allow us to provide the Services to you via Telehealth. In that case, we can only provide in-person Services in our clinic.

If you have one of our Total Wellness Plan subscription memberships you can use your appointment voucher to book either an In-Clinic or Telehealth (remote) appointment, however be aware that there is no price adjustment/refund for services that are normally included with your specific "In-Clinic" plan but we can't perform in a Telehealth session (e.g. miHealth and RestStation therapy).

Unfortunately, no. Our Services are currently considered “alternative medicine” and therefore are not a covered benefit under most health care benefit plans, health insurance plans, Medicaid, or Medicare.

If you have a health spending account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) you may want to check with your provider, if, and under what circumstances “alternative medicine” therapy costs may be covered as eligible expenses for which your primary care physician completes a Medical Determination Form.

We do not submit for any reimbursement/payment on behalf of our clients to any health care benefit plans, health insurance plans, Medicaid, or Medicare.

Hair Analysis Test (16)

Our hair analysis is performed in a laboratory using the most advanced and sophisticated technology for mineral analysis in the hair. You collect your hair sample in the convenience of your home, or, we can do this for you in our clinic.

You will have enough hair when the 1.5-inch (or shorter) hair samples will fill an ordinary tablespoon. However, your hair analysis kit includes a “hair scale” so you can make certain you are submitting the proper amount of hair. For more details, see How to Cut a Hair Sample for Analysis. Be sure to use the hair that was right against the scalp.

Make sure your hair has been washed, preferably with a mild soap or with shampoo, at least 4 hours (but no longer than 24 hours) before cutting the sample. So you would wash your hair and wait 4 to 24 hours to sample it. Avoid using conditioners or rinses for best results. Do not place other products on your hair such as hair cream, hair spray, gel or others until after you have cut the hair sample. Avoid any activity which will cause you to sweat excessively before cutting your sample. Hair needs to be dry when sampling, so avoid putting wet hair in hats, pony tails or any other style that will prevent the hair from drying by the time the sample is taken.

IF YOU HAVE A WATER SOFTENER: It is very important that you wash your hair twice with spring water or regular, unsoftened tap water before cutting your sample. This does not have to be twice in the same day, but needs to be two times in a row. Do not allow the softened water to get on your hair between, during or after the two washings. Once you have cut the sample, you may return to using your regular softened water. We have you do this because softened water contains sodium and sometimes potassium which will alter the analysis readings of those minerals.

Water softeners are devices used to remove “hard” minerals (usually calcium and magnesium) from the tap water. They can be hooked up to the whole house or building or just select rooms or even individual faucets, like in a bathroom. (There are filters that work to simply remove chlorine from the water; these are not water softeners.) Some water softeners work by adding an electrical charge to the water, which has no effect on the hair test. Others work by adding either sodium or potassium to the water, which then raises these levels in the hair and alters the hair test readings. If you have to periodically add sodium or some other compound to a device on your water supply, then you likely have one of these softeners and need to follow the water-softener instructions for preparing your hair for sampling. You may live in a building where this is handled for you, so you may not know if you have a water-softener. One way you can tell if the water you are using has been softened is that it will have an almost slimy feel on your skin. Additionally, softened-water doesn’t leave water stains or mineral deposits on dishes and surfaces. One more clue is that soft-water allows soap to foam up very easily. Usually one would know if they have a water softener, but if you aren’t sure, and you want to play it safe, just follow the water-softener directions on the How to Cut a Hair Sample for Analysis instructions.

When using hair for a nutritional/toxic element analysis, we prefer scalp hair because it provides the most accurate metabolic record. Scalp hair is one of the most metabolically active tissues and grows at a more consistent rate than axillary hair (underarm), pubic hair, or other body hair.

In situations where there is insufficient scalp hair, axillary hair, pubic hair, or other body hair may be used. Note, however, that samples from the scalp and different parts of the body should not be mixed together.

Yes, as long as it is the hair closest to the scalp. When cutting a hair sample for a repeat (progress) hair mineral analysis, we recommend you try to take hair from the same general location as the initial analysis, as this gives more reliable comparisons.

Collecting the sample is simple. Your kit includes a “hair scale” to ensure you collect the right amount.

You will collect your hair sample from the top and back of the head (draw an imaginary line across your head from the top of the ears) to the nape of the neck. This provides a wide area to collect samples.

Using stainless steel scissors merely cut 10 to 15 strands of hair at each site. Use multiple sites until your hair scale tips.

Cut the hair as close to the scalp as possible. Keep the 1.5-inch (or shorter) of the sample closest to the scalp and discard the rest. Place each sample on the hair scale until the scale tips.

Once the scale tips, indicating a sufficient weight of hair, simply place the hair sample into the hair sample collection envelope and then place the hair sample collection envelop (and Hair Submission Form) into the return mailing envelop with our address. Do not pull your hair by the roots!

The hair sample should not be longer than 1.5 inches and can be as short as 1/8th inch if the person has buzzed hair, for example. The longer the sample length, the further back in time we are analyzing. Ideally, we want the more recent information. For a first hair analysis, 1 to 1 1/2 inches is fine (we find a ruler is helpful — some people accidentally send us hair samples 3 inches or even longer). For a repeat (progress) hair mineral analysis, you may want to use only an inch or less of hair that is closest to the scalp so that we have the most recent information and can see the more recent changes.

No, Juneva Health is not the laboratory. We, like other qualified professionals, provide laboratory services for labs that do not sell directly to the public. Yes. You can either cut your own hair sample, have a friend or hairdresser cut it, or if you are in the Antioch, CA (San Francisco East Bay) area, you can come to our clinic and we can cut the sample for you. If you are cutting your own sample, it may be easiest to take it from the sides so that you can see where you are cutting in a mirror. Most hair tints, dyes, rinses and highlights are chemical-based. The hair analysis deals with mineral content, so hair dyes usually don’t affect it. Bleaching the hair can affect it a little, so it’s best to wait until you have washed your hair 6-8 times after bleaching the hair before taking the sample. It is also best to have washed the hair a few times after dying it before sampling. But overall, it doesn’t make much of a difference. However, medicated shampoos of concern are Selsun Blue (selenium) and Head and Shoulders (zinc). Ideally, for repeat hair mineral analyses, it is nice if you can cut the sample just prior to bleaching or dying. Grecian formula does contain lead which will appear on the hair analysis. Grecian formula is best avoided in general due to this toxicity.

A hair sample will last months after it is cut as long as it is stored in a clean paper envelope. So, you may cut a sample and then send it to us a month or two later. Ideally, you want to use a sample that has been cut more recently so that the information is more current, but an older hair sample may be used if needed. Some people will have to grow and cut their hair multiple times to get enough hair for the test (such as babies with sparse hair, or those who keep their hair buzzed very short). In such cases, the hair can be collected over multiple trimmings and saved in a paper envelope to be sent in when there is enough.

Our laboratory is one of the only two laboratories we know that DO NOT wash the hair. Numerous studies have revealed the potential for removing exogenous minerals from the hair during pre-analysis preparation of the hair sample. This in turn will skew the results and basically render the results of the analysis inaccurate.

Mineral levels and ratios as determined by Analytical Research Labs for each individual are measured against an 'ideal' standard of health, rather than an 'average' standard as used by other laboratories. Blood tests and urine tests obviously provide important information about a person's biochemical status, but they only evaluate the fluids in the body.
