How do I use it?

Lifetune One - simply use the provided adhesive to attach it to a device surface.

Lifetune Flex/Go - carry it in close proximity to you, for example in your front pocket, in a bag, under your pillow while sleeping or affix it to a keychain, backpack, or purse. For optimal results carry it on your chest using a necklace.

Lifetune Zone/Zone Max - simply place it on a flat surface or use the provided adhesive to attach it to a vertical surface.
