MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE FLAKES VS EPSOM SALT | Bath flakes are made from magnesium chloride. Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate. Magnesium Bath Flakes - Original - approximately 15g elemental magnesium per 1 cup. Pure magnesium chloride, but perfect for children and those with sensitive skin. The benefits of topical magnesium in a relaxing and immersive full body or foot soak. Soaking in magnesium salts has been shown to markedly improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function, and decrease inflammation. Dissolved in warm water, our magnesium chloride flakes provide a therapeutic bath of highly soluble magnesium chloride.

Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more.

Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications.

Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.

Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
