At the core of Durable SLEEP is a 200 mg dose of Sleeproot™, a patented, clinically validated valerian extract standardized to ≥2.0% valerenic acids—the active compounds most strongly associated with valerian’s sleep-promoting effects.

Most people think melatonin causes sleep. What it actually does is signal the brain that it’s time to begin the sleep cycle—and the dose required to do that job well is far lower than what most products provide.

Many brands load their formulas with 5, 10 or even 20 mg of synthetic melatonin—not because the science supports it, but because it’s cheap to produce and makes consumers feel something is “working.” At doses this high, melatonin stops functioning as a circadian signal and starts acting pharmacologically.
