Note: Durable PROSTATE has been reformulated for even better results! In addition to the certified organic USPlus® saw palmetto, the pumpkin seed oil in the formula is now certified organic too. Additionally, the softgels are now thinner and more oval-shaped for easier swallowing, and we’ve updated the color with an improved natural coating.
Formulated by Dr. Kevin Passero, Durable PROSTATE is designed to be the world’s most effective natural solution for men who want to achieve long-term prostate health, optimal urinary function and frequency and enhanced sexual function.
It starts with a clinically proven 320 mg dose of patented, certified organic USPlus® saw palmetto extract, which is standardized to provide 85% fatty acids in the precise ratio shown in over 40 years of clinical research to dramatically improve prostate symptoms with an 88% rate of efficacy. Most supplements are standardized to much lower, unproven fatty acid concentrations and made with saw palmetto grown overseas with heavy pesticide application.
The USPlus® in Durable PROSTATE is wild harvested in Florida where saw palmetto thrives without the use of pesticides. And it’s extracted without solvents, yielding an extraordinarily pure and potent extract.
This state-of-the-art, multi-action formula also features a clinically proven 60 mg dose of CardioAid®, one of the most extensively researched sources of beta-sitosterol, a plant sterol shown to provide targeted prostate and urinary health support.
Rounding out this formula are the antioxidants lycopene and certified organic pumpkin seed oil. Lycopene reduces inflammation and helps prevent oxidative DNA damage to prostate cells, while pumpkin seed oil works synergistically with saw palmetto to promote normal prostate size and function.
No other prostate support formula on the market combines these powerful ingredients in a single, convenient formula. Durable PROSTATE provides unparalleled, comprehensive support for healthy prostate size and optimal long-term prostate, urinary and sexual function—in just two capsules a day, and without unwanted side effects.

Why It Works
Maintaining healthy prostate function, reducing urinary frequency and enhancing sexual function are top concerns for many men as they age, and it’s important to take a proactive approach. And the earlier you start, the better.
Durable PROSTATE is a state-of-the-art, multi-action solution with a scientifically formulated blend of plant-based ingredients proven to help support optimal prostate size and function. Dr. Passero uses it with great success in his clinics to help men improve urinary flow and reduce frequency while promoting lasting prostate health, hormone balance, optimal sexual function and even healthy hair growth.
USPlus®: The World’s Purest, Most Potent, Certified Organic Saw Palmetto Extract (320 mg)
The star ingredient in Durable PROSTATE is patented, certified organic USPlus® saw palmetto extract, which is standardized to provide the highest possible concentration of fatty acids and made exclusively from Florida saw palmetto berries wild-harvested at the peak of ripeness to ensure optimal potency.
In addition to its organic certification, USPlus® is superior to other saw palmetto extracts because it’s the only saw palmetto extract that has been independently verified by the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) to contain the exact profile and 85% concentration level of fatty acids and sterols proven in over 40 years of research (and 58 high-quality clinical trials) to significantly reduce prostate-related urinary symptoms in men.
Saw Palmetto Works Wonders, But Only If You Take the Right Kind
The power of saw palmetto lies in the oil extracted from ripened berries, which provides a specific ratio of fatty acids. To get the results shown in the clinical studies, you need to take 320 mg a day of a high-quality, standardized saw palmetto extract concentrated to 85% total fatty acids in the precise ratios found naturally in the oil extracted from ripe saw palmetto berries.
If you do a quick internet search, you’ll see that most of the saw palmetto supplements out there provide only 40-45% total fatty acids—and many simply contain crude, unconcentrated saw palmetto powder, not oil! What’s more, analyses of commercially available saw palmetto products have shown huge variability in fatty acid content—as well as high levels of adulteration.
Demand for saw palmetto is high, and because the harvest season for ripe berries grown in the U.S. is very short, supply chain shortages often occur. This leaves manufacturers scrambling for raw material and either using much cheaper, unripe berries or, even worse, mixing in palm, canola or olive oils with the saw palmetto oil.
USPlus® is grown in Florida and offers superior purity and potency thanks to careful wild-harvesting techniques, organic certification and an advanced solvent-free supercritical Co2 extraction method. (Many supplements are made with saw palmetto that is extracted using potentially dangerous chemical solvents.) With USPlus®, you can rest assured that you are getting a safe, effective, highly concentrated form of saw palmetto that guarantees a clinically effective dose of the plant’s active constituents.
The Only Saw Palmetto Extract with a Proven 88% Effectiveness Rate
USPlus® organic saw palmetto extract has been shown to help reduce prostate inflammation and inhibit activity of the 5-alpha reductase enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
When levels of DHT rise, the prostate can swell, putting pressure on the urethra that leads to urinary symptoms. Additionally, DHT is responsible for the hair loss many men experience as they get older. Anything that helps reduce the conversion of testosterone to DHT will help men maintain healthy hormone balance, sexual function and hair growth as they age, while easing urinary symptoms.
Fifty-eight clinical trials have independently verified the ability of USPlus® to effectively inhibit both forms of 5-alpha reductase (types 1 and 2), resulting in significant improvement of prostate and urinary symptoms in men.
The 320 mg dose of standardized USPlus® organic saw palmetto extract featured in Durable PROSTATE has been shown to have a stunning 88% rate of effectiveness in helping to ease the uncomfortable, annoying and sometimes embarrassing prostate-related urinary symptoms men often struggle with as they get older as well as enhance sexual function.
- Cuts down on trips to the bathroom (at night and during the day)
- Results in up to 82% fewer nighttime trips to the bathroom
- Decreases urinary urgency by up to 85%
Improves urine flow and bladder emptying by up to 50% - Reduces straining and “stop-and-go” urination
- Promotes normal prostate size and function
- Helps maintain healthy male hormone balance
- Enhances sexual drive and function
- Supports hair regrowth and thickness
CardioAid® Beta-Sitosterol: A Proven Dose for Unparalleled Prostate Support (60 mg)
Dr. Passero combined the USPlus® saw palmetto in this formula with another prostate health super-ingredient, CardioAid® beta-sitosterol. Made in the U.S. (unlike many beta-sitosterol ingredients that are manufactured overseas), CardioAid® provides a research-based 60 mg dose of beta-sitosterol, a powerful plant sterol found in saw palmetto as well as in other plants, that has been used in Europe for many years to support prostate health.
Like USPlus® saw palmetto, concentrated beta-sitosterol has been shown in multiple clinical studies to help regulate 5-alpha reductase enzyme activity and provide targeted relief from prostate and urinary symptoms. Some men respond better to saw palmetto; some men respond better to beta-sitosterol; and most men respond best to the combination of the two ingredients.
Durable PROSTATE includes both saw palmetto and beta-sitosterol to give you the best of both worlds—and the most comprehensive, powerfully effective support for prostate health and urinary symptom relief.
Gold-Standard Clinical Research Reveals a 350% Improvement with 60 mg of Beta-Sitosterol
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 200 men with prostate problems, researchers gave half of the participants 60 mg of beta-sitosterol, and the other half a placebo. The results were impressive to say the least—men who took beta-sitosterol reported a 350% improvement in their overall prostate symptoms over the placebo group!
In a follow-up study, researchers found that beta-sitosterol continued delivering the benefits. Urinary flow was increased even further and overall lifestyle satisfaction scores improved significantly, too. Meanwhile, the men in the placebo group actually had worse scores than when the original study was performed.
In addition to being made in the U.S. with high levels of quality control, CardioAid® is superior to generic forms of beta-sitosterol because, along with beta-sitosterol, it provides an array of other plant sterols including stigmasterol, brassicasterol and campesterol for maximum benefits. CardioAid® is also one of the most extensively researched, standardized and science-backed sources of beta-sitosterol.
Lycopene (15 mg) and Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil (600 mg) Provide Synergistic Benefits
Durable PROSTATE includes lycopene, a carotenoid antioxidant that’s been shown to provide powerful, targeted protection for prostate cells. Lycopene, which is found in red fruits and vegetables like tomatoes and watermelon, has been shown to help reduce inflammation and prevent oxidative DNA damage to prostate cells by neutralizing free radicals.
In several clinical studies, higher dietary intake of lycopene has been associated with a reduced risk of prostate enlargement and age-related prostate concerns. Lycopene also supports healthy cell signaling and may help regulate growth factors that influence prostate size.
This comprehensive formula also includes certified organic pumpkin seed oil, a rich source of essential fatty acids, antioxidants and phytosterols—compounds that are known to contribute to hormonal balance and prostate health. Pumpkin seed oil has been shown to work synergistically with saw palmetto to promote normal prostate size, function and urine flow.
Phytochemicals found in pumpkin seed oil are thought to inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, helping to reduce the conversion of testosterone into DHT. By modulating DHT levels, pumpkin seed oil helps maintain normal prostate size and urinary function.
