All the benefits of our best-selling Original bath flakes, with the added benefits of OptiMSM®. MSM maintains healthy joints, supports healthy skin, provides inflammation relief and aides in muscle recovery. The addition of MSM makes it a favorite among athletes for sport recovery.

The benefits of topical magnesium in a relaxing and immersive full body or foot soak. Soaking in magnesium salts has been shown to markedly improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function, and decrease inflammation. Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more.

Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications.

Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.

Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
