ORGANIC MAGNESIUM BATH FLAKE PURIFICATION | Ancient Minerals® Magnesium Flakes offer a highly effective, yet muscle calming, means of absorbing magnesium nutrients in an immersive full body bath soak, or quicker and convenient foot bath.

MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE FLAKES VS EPSOM SALT | Bath flakes are made from magnesium chloride. Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate. Although both forms absorb magnesium better than oral magnesium supplements, magnesium chloride is much better suited for topical application and a great solution for people dealing with sulfur sensitivity.

MAGNESIUM BENEFITS | Leads to better sleep, improved skin, increased energy levels, relieve sore muscles & cramps, headaches and nerve health.

UNDILUTED & EFFICIENT | Superior concentration and quality when compared to other brands. Water soluble and can be diluted if necessary.

#1 TRUSTED NAME IN MAGNESIUM PRODUCTS | Since 2007 Ancient Minerals®, manufactured by Enviromedica, has been providing the highest quality magnesium available.

The benefits of topical magnesium in a relaxing and immersive full body or foot soak. Soaking in magnesium salts has been shown to markedly improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function, and decrease inflammation. Dissolved in warm water, our magnesium chloride flakes provide a therapeutic bath of highly soluble magnesium chloride.

Ideal for children and sensitive skin. Effective for stress relief and relaxation. Great for soaking achy muscles and joints, and able to deliver extensive topical and cosmetic benefits.

Ancient Minerals® magnesium is pure magnesium chloride harvested from the ancient Zechstein seabed. Magnesium chloride is a highly potent and valuable way to supplement with magnesium, and has a superior absorption rate in comparison to other magnesium compounds.

Topical magnesium is a method of delivering minerals to the body through the skin. Transdermal magnesium therapy is a powerful tool that combines the healing power of the body’s largest organ – the skin – with the life sustaining properties of one of our most vital minerals.

Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more.

Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications.

Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.

Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
