Durable CoQ10

Why It Works

In his 20+ years of seeing patients at his clinics, CoQ10 is consistently one of the supplements Dr. Kevin Passero recommends most frequently. This is due to its numerous wide-ranging health benefits, the outstanding quality of research backing its effectiveness and the fact that your body’s ability to produce CoQ10 naturally starts to decline beginning around age 30. CoQ10 is a potent antioxidant and serves as the biochemical spark plug that ignites energy production in every one of the body’s roughly 30 trillion cells.

And now, thanks to Durable CoQ10’s cutting-edge, patented new phytosome technology, you can take a CoQ10 formula that’s significantly more effective than any other CoQ10 supplement on the market. That’s because Durable CoQ10 is one of the few supplements to use Ubiqsome® CoQ10 Phytosome™ which utilizes advanced phospholipid dispersion technology to deliver CoQ10 (as ubiquinone) directly into cells where it’s most needed—with a superior absorption rate that is 900% greater than that of typical CoQ10 supplements.

This improved absorption has direct benefits you can quickly feel. Ubiqsome® CoQ10 Phytosome™ is clinically proven to more than double circulating levels of CoQ10 in the body within just two weeks (a 116% increase), offering body-wide benefits—like more energy, increased stamina, a stronger heart and overall better cardiovascular health.

Your Heart, Brain—and Every Cell in Your Body—Rely on CoQ10
Organs requiring a lot of energy, like your heart and brain, have the highest concentrations of mitochondria, which means they require more CoQ10 and are significantly impacted when levels fall. This also helps to explain why a vast body of scientific evidence has demonstrated supplemental CoQ10’s beneficial effects on cardiovascular and cognitive health.

Building on the existing research demonstrating CoQ10’s heart health benefits, a recently published study conducted on healthy young people found that super-absorbable Ubiqsome® CoQ10 Phytosome™ improved endothelial function (an important marker of cardiovascular health and risk) by 7% and reduced oxidative stress markers by more than 25% within an hour—after just one 300 mg dose—with even greater improvements seen with long-term use.

CoQ10 can also help lower elevated blood pressure, thanks to its ability to improve endothelial function, improve blood vessel elasticity and reduce arterial stiffness. CoQ10 improves the availability of nitric oxide (NO), a molecule that relaxes and widens blood vessels, helping blood flow freely.

What Leads to a CoQ10 Deficiency?
It’s critical to have abundant levels of CoQ10 because it plays a major role in the production of ATP in mitochondria, which is the energy currency for the entire body. Low levels of CoQ10 can lead to numerous health problems and sub-optimal performance across a wide range of the body’s key systems.

Your body’s ability to produce CoQ10 naturally starts to decline beginning around age 30. Aging aside, other factors—most notably, certain drugs especially statins—can accelerate this decline, leading to a CoQ10 deficiency that can exact a toll on your heart, brain, kidneys, muscles and overall energy.

The good news? Supplementing with highly bioavailable and potent Durable CoQ10 can quickly replenish your body’s CoQ10 levels to keep your cells youthful, energized and healthy.

Ubiqsome® CoQ10 Phytosome™ Solves CoQ10’s Absorption Problem (300 mg)
CoQ10 presents significant challenges for absorption when taken orally as a supplement. Unlike traditional supplements made with powdered or liposomal CoQ10, which are difficult for your body to absorb due to their molecular structure, the patented Italian-sourced Ubiqsome® in Durable CoQ10 leverages cutting-edge phytosome technology that unlocks the full benefits of CoQ10—and offers dramatically better absorption that’s up to 900% better than what standard CoQ10 supplements provide. In fact, very few CoQ10 formulas on the market take advantage of this breakthrough technology.

The secret to the phytosome breakthrough lies in a unique methodology that disperses solid CoQ10 (as ubiquinone) in a phospholipid matrix derived from sunflower lecithin, significantly improving CoQ10’s stability and solubility, which enables superior absorption within your body.

Ubiqsome® CoQ10 Phytosome™ was shown in a highly regarded, double-blind, randomized human clinical trial to more than double circulating levels of CoQ10 (a 116% increase) within just two weeks. What’s more, it sustained blood levels of CoQ10 for 48 hours, which is different from the typical spike and dip associated with most CoQ10 supplements.

Notably, Ubiqsome® is also clinically proven to significantly improve statin-induced muscle aches and weakness within 8 weeks and is the only CoQ10 supplement on the market backed by scientific evidence proving its ability to be absorbed in muscle. One study showed that Ubiqsome® increased CoQ10 levels in muscle cells by 36% in just 30 days!

Most CoQ10 supplements on the market today—whether they contain ubiquinone, ubiquinol or liposomal CoQ10—simply won’t provide the same benefits because your body cannot effectively absorb them.

Quercefit® Quercetin Phytosome™ Protects Your Mitochondria and Clears Out “Zombie Cells” (100 mg)
A natural flavonoid compound found in apples, onions and other fruits and vegetables, quercetin is a powerful antioxidant with a specific affinity for the cardiovascular and immune systems. Like CoQ10, it supports mitochondrial health and biogenesis and has been shown to help preserve mitochondria in the heart, brain, liver and skeletal muscles. Dr. Passero believes that quercetin is the perfect complement to CoQ10, because it provides some unique synergistic benefits.

Quercetin is known for its proven senolytic effect, which means it helps clear out old, worn-out cells—called “senescent cells”—that stop functioning properly but don’t die off like they should. These “zombie cells” can build up over time and release harmful substances that contribute to aging and disease. Quercetin works by helping the body get rid of these cells, supporting internal rejuvenation and healthier aging from the inside out.

On a cellular level, quercetin also has an amazing ability to quickly neutralize free radicals, inhibit lipid peroxidation, support endothelial function and fight inflammation, making it essential for maintaining healthy blood vessels and arteries. Recent studies also show that quercetin boosts immune function, physical endurance, and muscle function and recovery.

Other recent research reveals a unique heart health benefit of quercetin. Scientists found that quercetin triggers reverse cholesterol transport, the process that moves cholesterol from the arterial wall by HDL (“good” cholesterol) to the liver for safe elimination.

Italian-sourced Quercefit® Quercetin Phytosome™ utilizes the same breakthrough phytosome technology as Ubiqsome® and has been scientifically proven to provide up to 2,000% better absorption than standard quercetin, unlocking the full power of this potent heart-healthy, immune-boosting antioxidant. Very few CoQ10 supplements on the market feature quercetin, and those that do include generic quercetin that is far less absorbable and significantly less effective.

The Best CoQ10 Supplement on the Market
Durable CoQ10 is an exceptionally effective, highly absorbable CoQ10 formula that quickly elevates circulating levels of CoQ10 in your bloodstream to deliver the fuel your heart, brain and every cell in your body rely on to operate at peak performance.

Durable CoQ10 features an extra-strength 300 mg dose of Ubiqsome® CoQ10 Phytosome™. Many inferior CoQ10 supplements provide not only a smaller, less effective dose, but this smaller dose is also difficult for your body to absorb. Plus, Durable CoQ10 is enhanced with Quercefit® Quercetin Phytosome™, which provides antioxidant, cardiovascular and immune health benefits and works synergistically with CoQ10 to enhance its effectiveness in your body.
