The plastic on the pin connector that goes into the machine cracks and breaks, exposing the wire. On one set of leads, the plastic sleeve on the pin connectors that go into the pads slipped off and the pin connector itself came out. The team at Juneva responded immediately and replaced the cable for us. The replacement is without flaws.
