"I had been bitten by an insect, which had left me unable to walk and in lots of pain. After a few visits to the doctor, who was unable to do anything or prescribe any medication, with the exception of paracetamol, I felt very hopeless and at a loss with the doctor giving me the prognosis that it could be up to 6 months or longer before it went.
